A Day for History: A Date That Will Go Down In Infamy

The Second Indictment of Donald J. Trump

This day, Tuesday June 13, 2023, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, was arrested, fingerprinted, booked, and arraigned on 37 Federal Felony Counts.

Under Federal Law, no electronic devices, cameras, recorders, etc. are allowed in the Federal building. So, no live news coverage is, or will be available for any proceedings.

Today, the attorney for Donald J. Trump entered a plea of “Not Guilty” on all 37 counts.

A discussion is currently going on about the appointed judge who will preside over the proceedings. Judge Aileen Cannon is a Trump appointed judge. She ruled in favor of Trump in an attempt to block the Federal Subpoena for the search of Mar-a-Lago. Immediately following her ruling, the Appellate Court overturned her rulings, allowing the Subpoena and search to take place.

Here’s something that needs to come to thought:

Right now, we have a Republican, Trump appointed judge who’s scheduled to preside over a trial which the person who appointed her to her Federal Judgeship is the Defendant. Donald J. Trump is facing anywhere from 17 1/2 to 22 years in Federal prison. Not to mention the millions in fines added to this prison sentence, if he’s found guilty on all charges.

This same judge, and Donald J. Trump, have a history together. Be it that her decisions in this very case were immediately overturned, she is still known to show Donald J. Trump favoritism.

There’s a number of things that come to my mind in this situation alone. With the knowledge we all have of how Donald J. Trump operates. It would not surprise me one least little bit that he doesn’t have a bribe on the table. This bribe could be a Supreme Court seat awaiting her for her causing this case to be dismissed, in some form or fashion. Or, a large sum of money, which if she goes through with the bribe, her chances of seeing the money are slim to none. He doesn’t pay his bills.

Bottom line here, Judge Aileen Cannon needs to remove (recuse) herself from this case, just because of the obvious history she has with the defendant, Donald J. Trump.

Now, on to other news surrounding this case. There’s several other cases being investigated, pending, or possibly upcoming, involving Donald J. Trump.

First, the New York case, where he’s already been indicted. This state case is awaiting trial.

Second, there’s the Federal case in Washington DC which is still with the Grand Jury for Donald J. Trump’s involvement in the planning, coordinating, and promoting the attempted coup January 6, 2021.

Third, we have the case in Georgia, Fulton County, which has already gone to the Grand Jury, and indictments are expected to be issued late July, early August in this case. Here, Donald J. Trump, and others, are being investigated for attempting to overthrow the lawful election results of the November 2020 Federal Election.

Forth, E. Jean Carroll is filing another Civil lawsuit against Donald J. Trump for Defamation of Character. After the previous Civil Lawsuit which she won with a ruling where Trump has to pay her $5,000,000 (five million) dollars, Donald J. Trump took to his Social Media, television, radio, and called Ms. Carroll just about everything unimaginable, clearly in his special way of defaming her integrity, and character.

It was announced today by the Attorney General of New York that all cases will have to be “put on hold” pending the outcome of the Federal case now ongoing in Florida.

Now, as far as the candidacy, and his quest to regain the office of President of the United States. He may continue that throughout all of these proceedings. He can still be part of the Republican Party primary election process. He can still win the Republican nomination, face the Democratic nominee in November 2024, and, even if he’s serving prison sentences, he can be elected as the 47th President of the United States!

Folks, in case you haven’t been keeping up, Donald J. Trump is currently leading his field of “Lord knows how many” with over 76% of Republican voters questioned saying they support Donald J. Trump as their nominee, plus, they feel that these many investigations/cases against him are all a “witch hunt”, “fake charges”, and the like.

I have no idea what’s happened to the people of this country, but the folks of the Republican Party, or whatever party it is now, have lost their minds. They have turned into ‘sheep’ that for some reason think that the sun rises and sets in Donald J. Trump’s ‘backside’!
