Fulton County Clerk releases Indictment naming Donald John Trump plus 18 others with 42 counts total…..

Fulton County Georgia Clerk of Court’s office released an indictment which named Donald John Trump and 18 others. Some of the others named were Trumps attorneys who blatantly denied that President Elect Biden had won the election.

If you wish to get a copy of the full indictment, it’s expensive. It will cost you $.50 per page and it’s a 98 page indictment.

How to find indictments in Fulton County, Georgia

It's actually fairly simple.

You can find the Fulton County Superior and Magistrate Clerk's website here.

You can click for eServices here.

Then you can click for State, Magistrate and Superior Court records here.

Once there, you will need a log-in. If you don't have one, you can sign up for one.

At that point click "Smart Search" and begin search for TRUMP, DONALD JOHN name. The case will be periodically uploaded. You can click the CASE NUMBER, and the the document will be revealed.

(Note that he has preexisting cases in the Fulton County system - you'll be able to tell them apart by the dates. The two earlier records are tied to his 2020 election lawsuit - 12/04/2020 - and his attempt to disqualify DA Willis in the current case - 07/14/2023.)
