Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas all voted against this, disagreeing with Chief Justice Roberts’ ruling. I ask you, is anyone surprised? I’m not. Justice Ginni Thomas, oh I’m sorry, I deeply apologize. It’s Clarence Thomas, voted the way his insurrectionist, coup planning, wife instructed him to vote.
Justice Alito. We should k is how he’s going to vote. He’s going to vote the way his billionaire donors, that give him all his free vacations that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, tell him to vote. He’s been bought and paid for. He no longer deserves th wear the robe because he doesn’t uphold the law, or the Constitution of the United States. Neither does Justice Thomas.
Justice Gorsuch is a follower. He’s following Thomas and Alito. His comment was he “didn’t like Justice Roberts’ decision.” Now, that’s just too bad, isn’t it?
Chief Justice Roberts actually, finally, decided to follow the Constitution and uphold the law. What a change!
Trump Documents News

The arraignment of Waltine Nauta — Donald Trump’s personal aide who was also indicted in the classified documents case — was delayed Tuesday because Nauta has not yet hired a lawyer who can practice in Florida.
In a brief 10-minute hearing Tuesday morning, U.S. Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres rescheduled the arraignment for July 6.
Nauta appeared alongside Trump in a Miami courthouse on June 13, when the former president pleaded not guilty to 37 criminal charges in the government’s case accusing him of illegally retaining classified documents and hiding them from federal authorities.
Now, two weeks later, Nauta still hasn’t hired Florida counsel, and was unable to tell the judge if he would plead guilty or not guilty to the six charges against him. This is, as we all know is a necessary step in any criminal proceeding.
I’m not a genius here, but I have been involved in law enforcement, court proceedings, investigations, and the like almost all of my life. I also know that Florida is slam full of attorneys that handle criminal proceedings. Plus, IF my memory serves me correctly, if you can’t find an attorney, or afford an attorney, seems I remember the courts assigning you an attorney to represent you. This man has had two weeks to find an attorney. If he can’t find one, if he will let me know, I’ll Google “Criminal Defense Attorneys in Florida”. I’ll send him the list. It shouldn’t take but just a few seconds.
This is a Donald J. Trump delay tactic. I’m guessing he’s thinking because this clown can’t get him an attorney, it will delay his trial. I hate to be the one to burst his ego bubbles, but that won’t work here. prosecutors and the Judge has already set his first hearing for July 14th, I believe.
Folks, we are fixing to get this party started. It seems that this Trump appointed Justice is going to ignore his delay tactics and get it going. She was ready to start the trial itself, and the prosecution ask for a delay until December.
We’re going to have to keep up with this, because when this gets started, my guess is it’s not going to last very long. The longer the prosecution waits to go to trial, the more Trump is fueling their case, and doing it in such a fashion that he could possibly be adding more charges!
This narcissistic idiot doesn’t know what it means to “keep your mouth shut”!

In the meantime, the Justice Department is remaining very busy. In an article published by the Washington Post, the Justice Department is asking about 2020 fraud claims as well as fake electors.
The Justice Department’s investigation of efforts by Donald Trump and his advisers to overturn the 2020 election results is moving forward on several tracks. Prosecutors are focusing on ads and fundraising pitches where election fraud was claimed, as well as plans for “fake electors” that would swing the election to the incumbent president.

The Justice Department is investigating the conduct of a handful of lawyers who sought to turn Trump’s defeat into victory. These lawyers, Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Kurt Olsen and Kenneth Chesebro, as well as then-Justice Department lawyer Jeffrey Clark, tried to convince state, local, federal and judicial authorities that Joe Biden’s 2020 election win was illegitimate or tainted by fraud.
These same lawyers are being investigated to see if they were following specific instructions from Trump or others, and what those instructions were. Special counsel Jack Smith’s team has extensively questioned numerous witnesses about these lawyers’ actions related to fake electors (pro-Trump substitutes offered up as potential replacements for electors in swing states that Biden won).
The Washington Post has reported that Giuliani, a personal attorney for Trump who took over his campaign’s legal efforts after the 2020 election, coordinated the fake-elector effort. Ellis helped him urge state legislatures to reject certified Biden results, while Eastman argued to Trump that Vice President Mike Pence could accept alternate slates when certifying the electoral votes on Jan. 6, 2021. Chesebro wrote several memos on the fake-elector strategy. Olsen urged lawsuits to overturn the election results in several states, and Clark pressed Trump’s fraud claims from within the Justice Department.
Now, let’s think back just a minute. If you remember, it was shown on television where “electors” were attempting to enter where the votes were being tallied, and the officer didn’t allow the group to enter because their names were not on his list where they were to be allowed in. I don’t recall the state, but I do remember the incident.
Plus, we all received those emails where the ‘Election was stolen’, ‘Donate $10.00 (or whatever the amount was) to help in the fight of this election fraud!’
I wonder how many people were suckers enough to fall for that nonsense? It was reported this morning on MSNBC that Trump had collected money through these emails, and text, to people to fight the election fraud. Of the money collected, 1 cent of every dollar went to the fund to fight the ejection fraud, so many more dents went to the “legal fund” (which we all know is actually Trump’s wallet), and some was diverted to his campaign fund.
When I heard all this, I immediately thought of campaign fund violations, fraudulent donations maneuvering, and several other Felony Counts that this was sounding like was being committed.
Like I told you in the beginning. I’ve been out of the business since 1995, and I do realize that things have changed. But, I do have enough sense to know you can’t collect money, under fraudulent circumstances to begin with, then distribute it as you see fit to benefit you. That is most definitely against the law!
Enough for tonight. Good reading, and yes, I’ll do my best to keep up with all this that’s happening. It’s fixing yo get really fast, I do believe.
