Dennis, I couldn’t agree with you more. I look at it this way. Right now, the stick market is breaking records almost daily. This has MEVER happened under any president. We are getting out roads, bridges, better internet to rural areas, which is the infrastructure of this country. That’s thanks to Biden and Harris pushing their infrastructure plan and getting it through Congress.
On the foreign front, we are back with NATO and the other alliances which we were removed from under the previous administration. We have the-established our ties with our allies, which had been broken under the previous administration. And, Biden and Harris have also re-established the trade agreements that we had with the other countries which had been broken under the previous administration.
What hadn’t been fixed, yet, is the tariffs that were placed on the imported goods. They were set up until 2025. Biden has strengthened the tariff on the China goods for Electric Vehicles because he’s trying to get those goods supplied by American companies instead of Chinese. Plus, the Chinese have a very bad habit. This is how they sneak in computer software to damage our computer systems. This puts a stop to that, hopefully.
As for not liking either candidate. Yes, Biden has his ‘flaws’. He’s old. So what? He’s of sound mind, which we damn sure can’t say about Trump. He’s still physically fit, for his age. I’m 72, and I’ll admit, I’m not near as physically fit as Biden is. He has 10 years on me!!! Trump is nowhere near as fit in mind, or body, as Biden. He can’t even sit in that courtroom and stay awake. He can’t speak a full sensible sentence without mumbling his words incoherently.
I look at it like this. When I cast my ballot, I’m voting for Kamala Harris. I truly want her to be the next president of the United States. She’s earned it, she deserves it. She started at the bottom in California and worked her way to where she is now. And, she’s had 4 good years of training under one of the best teachers that there us. She’s been involved in everything that Biden has done while in office, and right now she hearing kite projects than any other Vice President has ever done. She hadn’t been a ‘fixture’. She’s been a big part of this administration. She’s ready for the next step.
