Seeing as I was a federal firearms instructor for over 15 years, I have to agree with you. He turned and cocked his head to the side at just the right moment. If he hadn’t, the RNC would be nominating a new candidate at this convention and planning a funeral.

I recall watching him shoving a dignitary aside so he could walk in front of her instead of beside her. When he went to a meeting, during the photo session, he pushed himself out in front of everyone else so he was the center of the attention at the event. He did the same thing in Washington at the White House when someone visited. He was the center of attention and to hell with the visitor.

Also, interview with female attendee states she saw tear drop sized blood on cheek - and then it started bleeding, A lot. Injury ti ear and not cheek, the rest is just blood from ear. Then see RNC convent , no injury save to ear - which is heavily covered so we don’t know extent

I saw a closeup on MSNBC the other day of his ear. The bullet clipped his upper ear tearing it open. I’m guessing when he reached his hand up to check his ear, just prior to hitting the deck, he splattered blood into his cheek, or as he was lying in the deck if the stage with the agents trying to keep him covered, the blood dropped down his cheek. That makes more sense.
It still doesn’t let him off the hook for setting this up, just as he did the January 6th assault on the Nations Capitol. I would not put this sent past him one damn bit. He’s done this his entire adult life. Throwing people’s lives away for his advancement. January 6th cost 5 lives, plus. This cost two lives, plus. He doesn’t care.

He picked the right person to do the shooting. A kid bullied at school, not a good shot, and basically ‘lost’. He was a sacrificial lamb. Just as the people in the stands behind him. My guess is no one was supposed to get hurt, except maybe the kid shooting. When the bystanders all saw him bear-crawling on the roof with the rifle, the gig was up. The kid got off three rapid rounds before the Secret Service sniper took him out with a head shot.
