What a Fine Mess!
Between a “worm on the brain” diagnosis, an idiot attempting to make herself queen of MAGA, and the ‘Storm’ that hit New York…..
Robert Kennedy, Jr.
What a week this has started out to be! I’ll discuss the “storm” that hit New York shortly. But first, let’s delve into a presidential candidate who has finally admitted why he’s acting so ignorant. He has a “dead worm in his brain.”
Now, Robert Kennedy, Jr., whom we all know is running for president (on whatever 3rd party ticket he can con his way on in as many states that will allow him), has announced that his doctor, about a decade ago, diagnosed him with an issue. He claims the doctor advised him that “part of his brain had been eaten by a worm, and then the worm died in his brain!”
Seriously! You can’t possibly make this stuff up! Is that all that’s wrong with him? Apparently not. Seems he was, has been, diagnosed with an array of medical issues.
One question I believe we need answered.
What the hell is he doing running for President of the United States?
Marjorie Taylor Greene “MTG”
Now, let’s check in on our dearest representative from Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Greene. What has this MAGA loving fool been up to now? Well, it seems that, in all of her glorious wisdom, she decided to disregard the advice of her King. She went ahead and put the “Motion to Vacate the Speaker” on the floor of the House of Representatives for a vote. Once she did that, the vote had to be taken within two days.
Well, it was taken today, and it was shot down, today. She only had 10 of her friend Republicans vote with her, and 48 Democrats. Everyone else voted to dismiss the motion. So, needless to say, Johnson still has the gavel, for now.
It is worth mentioning that when MTG was making her motion, she was severely booed by the members of her party.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is toast! She’s finished. I do hope that her constituents in northwest Georgia do realize that since she’s been in office she’s done absolutely nothing for them. She has cost them money. She has, on several occasions, voted against money for her district to receive for various projects. One was for jobs to be created, while others were for the infrastructure. To repair roads, bridges, and bring high speed internet to the rural areas. Now, that cost her constituents dearly.
She gets paid to be the ass she’s being. She has been drawing her paycheck to vote against everything. She spent almost two years not even assigned to any committee because of her antics. She’s only been on committees since January 2023 when the Republicans reclaimed majority of the House of Representatives. And, she’s been a huge disappointment on the committees which she’s serving on.
State of the Union address, she decided to attend dressed in her MAGA cap and jacket, refusing to remove it, going totally against the dress code of the chamber, Congress, and House of Representatives.
She has done her level best to be the center of attention at everything. She has thrown, or attempted to throw, a monkey wrench in everything that the Speaker, and the House has tried to accomplish. She’s actually one of the 12 reasons that nothing has been accomplished since January 2023 in the House of Representatives. Absolutely nothing, that is unless the Speaker could work out a deal with the Democratic side of the aisle to get anything done. McCarthy had to do that, and Johnson has had to do that. And that has pissed off MTG and her MAGA band of misfits.
Now, let’s talk about the “elephant in the room”! A storm hit New York yesterday, and it was a big one! “Stormy Daniels” took the stand in the Fraud trial of Donald J. Trump. And you guessed it. It was some ‘juicy’ testimony, to say the least.
Ms. Daniels delved into her meeting Trump at a golf tournament and he invited her to supper in his penthouse suite. Now, I don’t know how anyone feels, but if you meet a woman and you invite her to your penthouse for supper, just exactly what are you telling her you are wanting to do?
According to her testimony, when she arrived, he was wearing a silken robe. She claimed to be “taken aback” by this, but brushed it off. During their conversation, at one point she said that she asked Trump if he was always this brazen. Really? After drinking a couple bottles of water, she said she had to use the bathroom, which she described everything that was in the men’s overnight toiletries bag in the bathroom. Upon her exiting the bathroom, she said that Trump was lying on the bed in his boxer shorts and t-shirt.
She continued answering the questions of the prosecutor where she described, in some detail the sex act. She said that she just laid there, and he refused to use a condom, and she passed out. She claimed it was consensual sex, but boring.
At some point, Trump made comments that could be overheard in the courtroom, which drew a stern remark from the judge. Also, the defense objected to the testimony, which drew a comment from the judge to the prosecution to get back on track and move on. Too much information was being given on something not relevant to the case.
Now, this is where I disagree with the ruling. Trump is accused of “padding the company books” for paying Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about their “relationship” (as he called it) they had while his wife was at home nursing a newborn son. So, yes, to me, this was very relevant.
Trump has claimed that he didn’t know Stormy Daniels. He claimed he never had sex with Stormy Daniels, and that he never paid Stormy Daniels for anything.
Well, guess what? She has proven that they had sex, she has described it, things in his toiletries bag, his penthouse suite, and portions of the sex act itself. It’s also been proven, by written documents, how Trump and his ‘menagerie’ worked out how to pay her, where the money was coming from (Trump’s personal checking account), what it was being shown as on the company books (as ‘retainer fees’ for Michael Cohen) and the checks made out to Cohen in the amount of $35,000 each, totaling $240,000 payment.
The defense literally sunk in their seats when she was answering the questions of the prosecution. At one point they made a motion to dismiss the charges due to her damning testimony. I have no idea where that came from other than Trump told his attorneys to do something. He’s not happy with his attorney representation I don’t believe. The attorneys told the judge that there was no way they could possibly defend their client with this testimony being given like it was.
The judge did agree that there was a bit too much information given, but it wasn’t grounds for a dismissal.
My way of thinking is simple. If these attorneys feel they can’t possibly defend their client due to her damning testimony, it would probably behoove him to change his plea to guilty on all 34 counts, and throw himself on the mercy of the court for his sentencing.
Stormy continues her testimony tomorrow. I can’t wait to see what this storm has to say when she answers the defense questions. Better yet, I can’t wait to see what the defense will ask her.
Stay tuned. It’s getting really juicy!!!
The devolution of American decency is reflected in the salacious story of Trump!
We truly are in this together! The reason I value your words so much is because truth has become such a rare commodity. No need to peel back layers of blah blah to get to the core-it’s a huge deal.
And no-no relation. I’m originally from Philly-maiden name Schaible-my former husband was a Schaefer from New York. Settled in Sarasota County for job and family. I’d move back to the northeast in a heartbeat, but my daughters and grandkids are here-they are my heart!
