Excellent rundown of the day, Daniel! I could not bring myself to watch any of the inauguration, so I thank you for biting the bullet and doing it for those of us who cannot stand to hear his voice!
Oh my goodness, Sandra! It was……painful! To say the least. But, I decided that staying away from my readers since the November election, was quite long enough.
All I can say is this. To those that were stupid enough to vote for this POS because they couldn’t bring themselves to vote for a woman, or a black, or whatever their reason. I hope they feel the same way in 4 years. Chances are we will be paying three times more for groceries than we are paying now, the stock market will be in total decline, again, fuel will cost us a weeks paycheck to fill the tank, unemployment will be at an all time high, as it was 4 years ago. Most of all, there will be no law and order in this nation. We have been backed up to the early 1800s because of Trump.
I don't doubt that watching the inauguration was painful. Every word you write about what life will be like during the next four years will turn out to be prophetic. Sandra, you have no idea. I’ve spent more time in the hospital since November than I care to admit. But, I’m back, hopefully for a long time. And, I intend to be a pain in President Musk’s, I’m sorry, I deeply apologize, I meant President Trump’s ass.
I’m not really sure who the hell was elected. Trump took the oath of office, or, he did without placing his hand on the Bible, but, the guy pulling the strings, telling him what to do, is his Russian oligarch buddy, Elon Musk. Plus, we all know that since Musk came on board with the Trump campaign, he has been the one footing all of Trump’s bills. He’s poured billions into this election.
There’s something else which everyone seems to have forgotten. Back last year, when Vice President Harris took over running for the office, Putin said that Trump would win the election, no matter who his opponent was. Plus, shortly after that comment was made, our federal investigators in the cyber unit arrested several Chinese, Korean, and Russian individuals who were plotting to manipulate the outcome of the election.
My concern with this is simple. Those arrested were most likely ‘sacrificed’ in the preparation phase of the plan to elect Trump. But, the ‘main players’, and the ‘architect’ of the plan, went in to complete their mission, and completed it.
I also have another serious concern. If you recall, Trump said he would be a dictator “only on day one”. This comment was made, I believe, at one of his many Town Hall meetings. And, he continued to utter that afterwards at other gatherings. He also said that, if he’s elected, then this will be the last election ever in this country.
Simply put, he has every intention of turning the presidency into a dictatorship, and doing away with the Constitution, our Democracy, and stay in office until the day he dies, then Musk will take over. Vice President Vance is inky there as ‘window dressing’.
Maybe we should call him President Trusk?!!!!!!!! Please take good care of yourself, and try to laugh a lot. As "they" say, "Laughter is the best medicine."
What boggles my mind, beside the obvious and overt Nazi behavior of President Musk/trump et al, is that law enforcement still supports this insanity even after domestic terrorists who murdered and maimed their own were given full pardons and released last night. What about supporting their own? The hypocrisy is stunning.

Jen, I really thought about mentioning ‘President Musk’ in my write-up, especially after his double-nazi salute he did on stage! What an idiot!!! Does being the richest bastard in the planet really make one that stupid, ignorant, and ‘bullish’?
We need to realize, until Congress acts, and changes the laws, we will have people like this running our country. Ruining it, and our lives in the process. I just wish the idiots that voted for this pile of cow 💩 would have used a little bit of brains. Damn, people search crap all the time in the internet. Why didn’t they take the time to research this 💩? They damn sure wouldn’t have cast their ballot for him!
I was in Germany in mid-December where a local election was taking place where a local AfD candidate, supported by Musk, was hoping to grab a seat. He lost, but not by much. The Nazis are here-and Musk is bankrolling them.
I just hope and pray we have midterm elections and elections in four years to overturn some of this. My fear is that President Musk/trump will declare martial law over some contrived event and deny us that right. It will take decades to undo the damage. If even then.

At the moment, the House has inky a 1 vote majority. They can’t afford anyone getting sick, or dropping out, or dying. Both chambers are going to have to sure with the Democrats to get anything passed, unless Trump and Musk decided to go against the Constitution some more and just declare whatever they want as law. That wouldn’t surprise me at all. Trump wants to be the permanent dictator anyway.
